Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all parts, appropriate components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to negligent handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We have the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.

A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions listed above, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

1️⃣ Send an email to: office@erfavo.com
2️⃣ Make sure your email includes the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (if damaged)
  • Customer's first and last name
  • Customer's address

After receiving your email, we will communicate with you and provide you with the correct return address.

🚫 Never send a return to the sender's address; we will provide you with the correct return address after you request it.

📦 The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:


A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement.

Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once the order has been placed, meaning that a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Erfavo) by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cancellation is only completed once we have received the returned goods.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Tracking of Orders in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control.

If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it to us. You are welcome to inform us about your cancellation in advance.

To speed up the return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a more expensive shipping option than the standard shipping method we offer).

The refund will be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
